Spirit of Humanity

This Wool Saddle Blanket was I nspired by the indigenous Mapuche people of south-central Chile and south-western Argentina and Patagonia.
As with many cultures symbols can be found in their art and life. During this time when this world seems so divided, I wanted to create something to remind us that community matters. 
The elements in this saddleblanket represent the spiritual human, united communities, the eyes of the soul and plant medicine. The colors of Cadet Blue, Forrest green, laurel green and the deepest brown allow the symbols to be the center of the blanket design. 
This blanket also comes in Malibu Blue, Buckskin, deep brown and Cream. 
This blanket is woven with 100% wool and is approx 4 pounds.  Shipping is free.
